Presenting the “HOPE” project – Holistic Opportunity Projects of Engagement. The primary objective of this initiative is to generate 1,000 job opportunities per state through strategic partnerships and skill development programs.

 

Inaugurating the HOPE project on July 12, 2023, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the MD/CEO of NDDC, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Today marks a new dawn in the NDDC as we kick off project HOPE, dedicated to positively impacting the lives of the youth in the Niger Delta region. This all-encompassing and sustainable initiative opens new doors for the young minds of today, aligning with present-day realities. Every youth in the Niger Delta region is encouraged to seize this opportunity by registering through the database. All Niger Deltans, entrepreneurs, men, and women are encouraged to come forward and make the most of this empowering initiative.”

 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this program, applicants must hail from any of the Nine (9) Niger Delta States, including:

1. Bayelsa
2. IMO
3. Abia
4. Delta
5. Ondo
6. Akwa Ibom
7. Edo
8. Rivers
9. Cross Rivers
