Job Location: Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State

Qualifications:

 

1.Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in Hotel or short lets management, data entry software, and demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Prior marketing experience, especially in attracting high-caliber guests and VIPs, is advantageous.

 

2.Cook/Chef:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Proven track record as a Chef/Cook.
• Proficiency in handling various kitchen equipment (e.g., grillers and pasta makers).
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient while handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent time management skills and up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations, and a culinary certificate would be an added advantage.

 

3.Receptionist:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in hotel reservations software is a must.

 

4.Cleaner/Laundry:

• Proven working experience as a cleaner.
• Efficient time management and ability to work unsupervised.
• Capable of handling basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Presentable appearance and positive interaction with hotel guests.
• Experience in sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and textiles.
• Knowledge of appropriate stain removal procedures.
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment.
• Ensuring the facility remains clean at all times.
• Addressing customers’ queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
