Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook various menu items following established recipes and guidelines.
2. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and prompt service.
5. Assist in managing food inventory and implementing stock rotation.
6. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
7. Follow portion control guidelines and minimize food wastage.
8. Offer input in menu planning and recipe development, if required.
9. Stay informed about the latest culinary trends and techniques.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Culinary Degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
2. Possess 1-5 years of work experience.
3. Prior experience as a Kitchen Cook or in a similar role is essential.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
5. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch food quality.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
9. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: Monthly salary range of N40,000 – N50,000.
