We are currently in search of qualified candidates to join our Transport Company for the position of Driver/Conductor in Lagos.

Job Description:
We are seeking individuals with the following experiences:
- Commercial bus driving experience with a conductor.
- Car driving experience, including working with ride-hailing services such as Uber, Bolt, etc.
- Familiarity with routes on the Lagos Island, including Lekki Expressway, and/or the mainland.
- Understanding of daily and weekly revenue and profitability in the bus or car ride-hailing business.
- For car drivers, preference will be given to those with experience in Uber, Bolt, Taxify, or Indrive.
All candidates must possess a valid driver’s license (for drivers) or a national ID (for conductors).
Salary:
The salary will be based on a percentage of revenue after deducting expenses like fuel and maintenance.
