Job Title: Teller
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
- Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to customers at all times.
- Proficiently assess customers’ profiles to recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare and submit reports to internal and external parties as needed.
- Maintain excellent customer relationship management.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries.
- Handle cash payments or deposits, including collection and verification.
- Process auto registration.
- Facilitate retail forex payments (PTA/BTA).
- Perform bulk payment counting.
- Carry out all other tellering functions.
- Provide exceptional responses to customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification in any course.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Some knowledge of banking operations is preferred but not required.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary: N40,000 Monthly.
