Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Food Preparation: Assisting with washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing basic sauces or dressings.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and dishes. Stocking essential supplies and managing inventory.
- Assisting with Cooking: Monitoring cooking times, flipping or stirring ingredients, ensuring food is cooked properly. Assisting with plating and garnishing dishes.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to food safety regulations, handling and storing food appropriately. Monitoring temperatures, labeling and storing leftovers. Maintaining cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination.
- General Support: Receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, disposing of waste. Assisting with setting up and cleaning dining areas, restocking beverages or condiments, and taking inventory of kitchen supplies.
