1.)Â Supply Chain Manager

Job Description
- This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, capacity planning, and sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control, and financial costing, as necessary for JIT materials support to Arnergy operational process.
You’ll focus on:
- Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials and products.
- Monitor forecast and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
- Monitor external affairs or events affecting the supply chain and business operations.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, quality, and warranty claim.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms including letter of credits, Bill for collection with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
- Build and/or improve credit terms with vendors and /or export credit agencies.
- Proven track record of providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy to deliver profitable growth.
- Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
- Develop and constantly update the approved vendor list (AVL) assessing performance and ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, materials requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
- Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
- Implement transportation changes to reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify new suppliers.
- Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
- Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
- Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
- Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
- Appraise vendor manufacturing and warranty fulfillment ability through on-site visits and measurements.
- Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.

Education and Experience
- A University Degree and MSc. or equivalent experience. 8+ years of work experience.

2.)Â Procurement Analyst

- As the Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging vendors to ensure that the organization receives the right material and service at the right price and at the right time.
- As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will liaise with the user departments to receive the right specification of materials and ensure the materials purchased and received meet with the users’ specifications.
- You will follow through the procurement to pay the process to ensure that vendors get paid as agreed on the purchase order or contract.
Responsibilities
You’ll focus on:
- Receiving purchase requisitions with specifications from users.
- Sourcing for new suppliers, issue Requests for Proposals (RFP) /Request for Quotations (RFQ) to suppliers to compare competitive advantages.
- Preparing quotation analysis and negotiating price, payment, delivery and warranty terms to secure the best quality goods/services at the most competitive price.
- Ensuring all vendors are duly registered with registration documents submitted to Arnergy.
- Preparing purchase orders for vendors on the approved vendor list.
- Sending purchase order documents to suppliers and following up with delivery.
- Implementing a standard procurement process to promote efficiency and effectiveness in the organization’s process.
- Keeping proper documentation of purchase requisition, quotation analysis, and purchase order.
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring quality products are purchased at competitive prices and delivered at the right time.
- Evaluating suppliers periodically to ensure suppliers adhere to contract agreement.
- Doing spot checks in the market or market survey to confirm prices.
- Keeping a proper record of inventory and liaise with warehouse officers to receive daily stock balance for inventory restocking.

You’ll focus on:
- Monitor & oversee the day-to-day invoicing operations.
- Manage the Company’s account receivables by following up on payment of invoices due by sending invoices reminders and contacting clients, where necessary to ensure timely payments and monitor overdue amounts.
- Maintain cheques logs and ensure cheques are lodged into the company’s account as at when due.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.

- Management of all petty cash accounts & cash advances including retirements.
- Participate in annual audits by providing supporting documentation when needed.
- Monitor the company’s monthly collection efficiency & prepare A/R aging analysis and reports on a monthly basis.
- Handle simple pricing requests from customers, and staff.
