BudgIT is building a community of active citizens called Community Champions. These champions work closely with our Project Tracking Officers and us to lead the advocacy for improved service delivery in their states and communities.
As a community champion, you get to take ownership of projects in your locality, identify key needs in your state, engage residents in your community on civic education, sensitise people and encourage them to follow up on projects and write articles on topical issues in your state and the country.
The interesting part?
6 months of active participation earns you points, a Certificate of Volunteering, Souvenirs and other incentives.

Location:
We are kickstarting with registered volunteers in Ekiti, Abia, Ebonyi, Oyo, and Enugu states, but this application is open to everyone from all the 36 Nigerian states.
